Breath timer before opening apps — like One Sec

I've been using One Sec for the breathing timer before opening apps, and honestly it works for me. Problem is it costs money on top of what I already pay for StoicOS, and it's just another app I have to keep around.

Would be great if this was just built into StoicOS natively — a timer that shows a breathing animation for a few seconds before an app opens, and I can configure it per app (how long the delay is, which apps it applies to). Doesn't need to be complicated, just something native so I don't need a second subscription for the same idea.
